While end-of-season player evaluations are important, we know that they don’t help players improve throughout the season. So now is a great time to share mid-season evals with your players. Take 3-5 minutes to complete a player evaluation and give your players some tangible feedback they can act on before the end of the season. They’ll thank you and their parents will thank you. Then you can sit back and enjoy the results.
Have a great rest of the sports season.
