Joanne Pasternack Joins iSport360 Board of Directors

Monmouth County, NJ and San Jose, CA (Friday, July 23, 2021) – iSport360, Inc. (www.isport360.com), the youth sports technology company, today announced that Joanne Pasternack has joined its Board of Directors.  Pasternack is a thought leader on athlete advocacy; former senior executive with the NBA’s Golden State Warriors and NFL’s San Francisco 49ers; a current Board Member at the US Olympic and Paralympic Committee, Positive Coaching Alliance and Special Olympics; and an activist sports mom.

“We’ve been holding out for an all-around superstar who can add rocket fuel to our fire,” said Ian Goldberg, Founder and CEO of iSport360. “Not only is Joanne a former elite athlete and the mom of two competitive athletes, but she brings an incredible track record of leveraging the power of sport to create change and impact.  She provides iSport360 with perspective from her unmatched network of the most accomplished athletes in all disciplines – including those from nearly every pro sports league, Olympians and Paralympians – academics and business leaders who advocate for young athletes from every community, at every ability level, across the globe.”

In addition to her fiduciary responsibilities as a Board Director, Joanne will serve as a liaison between iSport360 and professional sports teams and leagues to amplify the reach, impact and success of youth sports programs.  As a globally recognized leader in sports philanthropy and corporate social responsibility, and advocate for play equity, Joanne will also focus on the expansion of GiveSport360®, bringing the iSport360 platform to youth sports programs in underserved communities at no charge.

“Ian and I connected two years ago, brought together by our passion for improving the youth sports experience for kids, coaches and parents,” said Pasternack.  “As a former competitive figure skater and current sports mom to a 13-year-old Modern Pentathlete who also loves recreational team sports and an 11-year-old lacrosse, soccer and flag football player, I have experienced the challenges of parenting sports kids first hand. I am inspired and honored to be able to share the power of iSport360 with the global sports community.”
