Giving coaches and players the tools they need for success
Today, USABL announces its partnership with iSport360 to offer coaches and players the tools they need to be successful. Whether teams are training in person or virtually, the iSport360 platform will give USABL participants a consistent, player-first experience to build a culture of growth.
What do player first experiences mean? It means that the focus is on developing the player and collective team on and off the field. Clubs and coaches will have the ability to share practice assignments outside of regular practice sessions to one player or all of them, all within the app. They can communicate with players and parents about expectations, conduct player evaluations and goal setting.
Coaches often want to let a player know how they did, after a competition and before the next practice. By using iSport360, they have this ability regularly to communicate. They can even provide a player with sticker rewards for a great swing or catch.
“Our platform keeps youth sports teams connected, active and strong so every coach and player can be successful, whether that is during a pandemic or not.” said Ian Goldberg, CEO of iSport360 “And for 30 years USABL has run successful, fun, organized leagues with the same mission. There is no better regional partner to help bring our platform to the youth baseball community.”
“The USABL’s goal is to offer players competitive and quality baseball, as well as all that comes with being on a team. We pride ourselves on giving players/teams a chance to teach good baseball and play competitive baseball at an early age. We are excited to partner with iSport360 to help us continue that mission.” said Dan O’Connor, Tournament and Special Events Director
GiveSport360: Making an impact for the clubs that need it most. As part of this partnership, USABL and iSport360 will be providing the iSport360 platform at no cost to clubs in need. Specifically, for every 5 new USABL baseball clubs that sign up for the iSport360 platform, iSport360 will give the platform away to one additional club at no cost (clubs to be selected by USABL).
